If you have ever stood in the supplement aisle wondering which protein powder to choose, you are not alone. I have tried more brands than I can count, and a few were definite misses. I wanted something that was low in sugar, high in protein, and made from grass fed dairy. After a lot of experimenting, I finally found one that feels effortless in my routine. It has made a noticeable difference in my energy, my workouts, and even how long I stay full.

The One That Stood Out For Me
The protein powder I ended up choosing is Levels Grass Fed Whey Protein in Vanilla, and it truly checks every box for me. It is made from grass fed, hormone free dairy. It contains no artificial sweeteners, no artificial flavors, and no GMOs. Each scoop has twenty four grams of protein which supports both muscle recovery and bone health. It is naturally rich in BCAAs which help with lean muscle maintenance. It is low in sugar and carbs which makes it a great fit for anyone who wants steady energy and clean, simple nutrition.

How I Use It In My Day

If you like yours thicker, add two tablespoons of flaxseed, half a cup of frozen blueberries, and half an avocado. This is my personal go to and it keeps me full for hours. It even has a dedicated smoothie setting that gets the texture just right. 🌿Protein oatmeal
Stir one scoop into warm oatmeal with berries, walnuts, and flaxseed for a satisfying breakfast that keeps you full for hours.
🌿Overnight oats or chia pudding
Mix it in before refrigerating. It creates a thicker, creamier texture and adds a meaningful protein boost. If you are using chia seeds, let them sit in the liquid for at least twenty minutes before eating so they can fully absorb and give you the most benefit.

Add a scoop to your pancake or waffle batter for extra staying power.

Mix it into muffins or homemade granola for a simple way to increase protein in your snacks.
